STORY : An oolite-clad concrete plinth rises from the ground to support a steel and wood-framed level above.

Upon arrival, a stoic stone arcade with wood louvers greets you. The shallow end of the saltwater pool marks the entry, accompanied by a brackish water garden.⁠ After entering the courtyard, the site is divided into North and South, creating spaces that are both visible and screened from the bay and Port of Miami.⁠
